Shipping Fee:
$9.99 in Ontario, Quebec and Manitoba
$15.99 in all other provinces and territories.

Atia Beauty offers free shipping on all orders over $100, in Ontario, Quebec and Manitoba. Orders ship within one business day. Customers are provided with a tracking number to keep track of their shipment. Atia Beauty uses Canada Post Shipping for delivery of orders.

Please be sure to provide your complete and correct address, including your unit#. In the event that a wrong address is provided and a shipment is sent out, a $15 fee be charged to retrieve and resend your shipment.

Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, please contact us immediately. We will replace the damaged product at no additional cost to you.
Hair Tools
For hair tools, please refer to the warranty information provided in the product pamphlet. Follow the steps outlined to process any warranty claims or issues.
Other Products
For all other products, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details.
